The inspirations from nature flow through my hands as I work, whether I am creating bracelets influenced by western vistas or painting flowers, landscapes, or mysterious coral reefs. The alcohol inks I love are to me both unpredictable and magical, like nature itself. One can find all colors and combinations of colors in nature and that is what appeals to me about the inks. The comment I hear most frequently from people who see my work is, "It makes me feel happy."; and the inks have that effect on many people because of their vibrancy. Painting with alcohol ink makes me happy also, and is why I return to the studio each day to see what surprises this medium has in store for me once more.No reviews
